KUNG FU STUDIO STUDENT AGREEMENT
I will faithfully comply with all the rules and regulations of the school and the traditions of the Martial Arts.
All video and instructional content included in your subscription is the sole intellectual property of the Kung Fu Studio and is not to be copied or shared.
The minimum age of an adult member is 14 years of age anybody who is under the age of 18 years but over the age of 14 years and wishes to join must have the written consent of a parent/guardian. The minimum age of junior member is 8 years of age and no older than 13 years of age and wishes to join must have the written consent of a parent/guardian
By clicking I agree this will be taken as your written consent as a parent or guardian, or that you are 18 years of age or over.

I understand that my class payment/direct debit for my tuition is to be paid in weekly instalments and is not affected by my lesson schedule and/or attendance. If this agreement is terminated Notice must be given in writing five days prior to intended cancelation date from which point the cancellation will take effect.
I understand and agree that the Kung Fu Studio will not be held liable or accountable for injuries, damages etc, or consequential loss arising from my participation in classes, or whilst otherwise training whether independently or in the company of others.
I understand the practice of martial arts is a “dangerous recreational activity” as that phrase is defined in Section 8 of the Civil Liability Act 2002.
I covenant personally and for my heirs, administrators and executors not to hold the Kung Fu Studio responsible for, nor take or make any action, suit, claim, demand, cost or expense of any description whatsoever including instructors, share holders or directors and hereby release and forever discharge and agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Kung Fu Studio.
The above information, which I understand is fundamental to this application, is true and correct in every particular.
